Bald Eagle - Homer, Alaska, USA

Alaska is one of my most favorite places on earth and every year I travel there a couple of times.  On one of these trips I’m usually going South out of Anchorage down to a little town called Homer.  Homer is a great little town known for its halibut fishing and population of Bald Eagles.  Most of my favorite eagle images are while they are in flight, but this portrait ranks right up there in my list.

Note:  Our prints are shown flat and as stretched canvas, however, we do not ship the images flat and or stretched.  Unless otherwise noted…they are shipped rolled in an art tube to keep shipping costs down.  It has also proven to be an effective way to reduce damage while in transit.  Upon receipt of  your Michael Mauro print we recommend that you take it to your local professional frame shop to have it framed and or stretched.  If you can not find a suitable location please contact our office and we will help you find a framing solution.  Additionally, images printed at 17″ x 22″ – 13″ x 19″ – 11″ x 14″ and 8″ x 10″ will be slightly cropped in height or width to accommodate the ordered size.
